* We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

## *2. Products & Services*

* *Unstitched Fabric:* Available for purchase online or in-store.
* *Stitching Services:* Customized stitching is available based on measurements provided by the customer.
* All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change designs, prices, or stock without prior notice.

## *3. Order Process*

* Orders can be placed through the website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person.
* All orders are *subject to acceptance* by Veeran Fashions.
* Customers must provide accurate information, including measurements, delivery address, and contact details.

## *4. Payment*

* Payments can be made via scanner, online gateways, UPI, cards, or cash on delivery (if applicable).
* Payment confirmation is required before stitching services begin.
* We do *not store your card information*; payment is securely processed through the payment gateway.

## *5. Delivery*

* Delivery timelines are *estimates* and may vary due to stock, location, or other factors.
* Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
* Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

## *6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges*

* *Unstitched Fabric:* Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. Must be reported within *24 hours*.
* *Stitched or Customized Orders:* *No return, refund, or exchange* is allowed after stitching is completed.
* Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display are *not considered defects*.
* Cancellation of orders is *not allowed* once stitching has started.

Returns are only accepted under the following specific circumstances:

  • The product received is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong color, wrong design, or wrong fabric).

  • To claim a return for damages or wrong products, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package opening from the beginning and highlight the defect clearly. Without an unboxing video, your request will be automatically declined.

 

Strict Non-Returnable Conditions

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Fabric Alteration: Any unstitched fabric that has been cut, washed, or tampered with cannot be returned.

  • Custom Tailoring: Items stitched using our Custom Tailoring / Designer Service are made to your specific measurements and are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

  • Personal Preference: Returns based on "change of mind" or "disliking the shade" (minor color variations due to screen resolution) are not accepted.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a Sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or provided bank details.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Courier

Courier charges will be bear by customer and you have to send it to our address by courier/ speed post in case of return
